Over the years, she has had the privilege of working together with established and talented leaders in the advertising, construction, financial, legal, nonprofit, and publishing industries.

Liz thoroughly enjoys serving employers in the business community. Business owners and decision-makers are confident in hiring Liz to search for talented employees that meet the qualifications and standards for their organization. In addition, her touching articles about nonprofit organizations, tell the story of their impact in the community and they continue to create public visibility and inspire philanthropy.

Drawing on many years of professional business expertise, Liz is grateful to God for the ability to impart the hope, wisdom, and proven strategies that each job seeker needs to secure employment, or transition into a new career. Landing a meaningful job is cause for celebration, and that joyful, hopeful sentiment inspired the name of her company and its mission of helping others.

Liz’s business skills benefit individuals from every walk of life and business level. Her compassion runs deep for people overwhelmed by job loss and financial stress, and feelings of despair that often follow close behind. Job seekers testify to her dedication and willingness to assist until their goal of employment is celebrated, and they refer their family and friends because of her professional, friendly approach and unwavering commitment to their job search.

By her parents’ example, Liz learned and embraced the heartbeat of lifelong volunteerism and giving at a young age. She is an advocate for children and adults with disabilities, a privilege she has committed to for her lifetime.

The Houston chapter of a national, nonprofit advocacy organization, recognized Liz with an award for her volunteer research, case management, advocacy for rehabilitation services, creative problem solving, and personal initiative on behalf of children in the foster care system of Harris County, Houston.

Liz is an active member of a local Christian fellowship in Spring, Texas. She created and facilitates a weekly employment ministry there for church members affected by job loss. In addition, she is also a member and officer of Toastmasters International and enthusiastically participates in its Spring Ahead Speakers Club. Her hobbies include beachcombing, bird watching, cooking, reading, singing, songwriting, and spending time with family and friends. She also longs to revisit the breathtaking Oregon coast—soon!
